Flat Rate USA Shipping: Orders under $79 ship for a single flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Our choice of carrier.
NOTE: The free shipping and flat rate shipping charges are discounted courtesy rates that we happily extend to our customers. While we normally ship these UPS, at our descretion, we may ship them via US Postal Service. These are usually small packages and may not always have a tracking number.
Important shipping information:
- We receive and process orders at 8:00am CST each morning. Orders placed after 8:00am are typically received and processed the next business day.
- We make every effort to get your order out the door as soon as possible, usually within two business days, but it can take longer during the busy spring and summer grilling season.
- Orders with expedited shipping are given warehouse priority.
- We pack and ship daily Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST.
- We will send you an email shipping notice, includng UPS tracking number if applicable, when your order is processed and sent to the warehouse.
- After the package has been picked up by UPS it can be tracked at USP.com. If UPS doesn't show the shipment, then they haven't picked it up yet.
